Will Chuck Todd approve this new Obamacare ad? I suspect not.

"You'll be okay. Probably."

That's the punch line for an amusing new ad aimed at the youngsters from Get Covered Illinois.  It sings the praises for a brand new (or maybe not so new) alternative to ACA: the Luck Health Plan.

As reported by the Huffington Post:

Outlining a tongue-in-cheek health care plan "based entirely on luck," the ad shows 20- and 30-somethings galavanting around Chicago, wearing homemade neck braces, eyepatches and casts made of bubble wrap, cardboard and duct tape.

“I just cross my fingers and hope for the best!” one of the characters in the ad says.

"You'll be OK, probably," quips another.

Hopefully this will tide us all over until Zach Galifianakis comes up with an encore to last year's interview with community organizer Barack Obama (sp?).  If you're reading this Zach, and we know you are, the ball's in your court now.  Let's see what you can do now when the pressure is on.

One more thing:

According to Chicago Business Journal, the ad campaign, which recalls the Illinois website's successful partnership with The Onion earlier this year, will be rolling out this week.
